Grey Nun Academy kicks off 50th Anniversary:

Celebrating Our Past, Creating Our Future

The Grey Nun Academy community gathered on Saturday, April 13th to officially kick off the Academy’s year-long 50thAnniversary celebration. The event, Celebrating Our Past, Creating Our Future, was held at the beautiful Trenton Country Club, and was hosted and chaired by GNA parents Dawn Kirikian, Diane Kuzy and Leanne Tuzza.

Since the first days in 1963, Grey Nun Academy parents have been instrumental in and committed to providing their children with the opportunity to grow spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically in a nurturing atmosphere of caring and trust. The funds raised will have a positive impact on every student at Grey Nun Academy. GNA families, faculty members, and community businesses have supported this event which has contributed to its tremendous success. Grey Nun Academy wishes to thank everyone who contributed to the event through their time, talent or treasure. The generous spirit of the GNA community and our extended community family truly reflects the many hallmarks of Grey Nun Academy and our children.

Once again our families, neighboring corporations and vendors responded generously through advertisements, gift donations, financial donations and corporate sponsorships to help make the evening a night to remember and an outstanding success.

The evening featured many great silent auction items, children’s theme raffle baskets and the added excitement of a live auction!  One of the highlights of the evening was the children’s classroom artwork which showcases the many creative talents of our school children. The children’s efforts are always the hit of the evening.
